We sent a work order last week for management to get an air condition specielist here because I cannot get the second room cool which I use for my office. I was told that they never recieved it. Mary I explained that the indoor unit is too week to blow cold air sufficiently nor draw out the humidity. Mary stated that thats just the way apartments are ans suggested that I colse off the vent in my bedroom so the air will be forced to my office. I told her that that is unacceptable and that they falsely advertized that thse apartment are energy eeficient. Yea right, she calls a 240. dollars air bill that. Mary in the office told me that all apartments do not cool good and that I should close my bedroom door so the air will blow in the second bedroom. I tried it and no air comes into my office out the vent.Now she leaves me no coice but to hire an AC contracter to come here and write down what needs to be done to cool the whole apartment. I will present it to management and if the unit is not upgraded we will be going to court. I also want part of the electric bill paid back. We will be buying a home in Raleigh sooner than expected.This is as bad as getto apartments. I need cool air to breath to keep my lungs from getting worst and they continue to become worse by the day. If I wind up in the hospitol again with a lung problem over this they will find thenselfs in court. They are aware of my health issue and frankly that do not give a damn. Also they will just walk into your apartment when you are not home and give you no notice. My neighbor left her door unlocked so her son to get in without a key and maitenace went into her apartment , left her a note inm her kitched and locked the door on the way out. She had to get off work to go unlock the doorfor her son. Her apartment never get cooler than 78 degrees.
Finally, for the first time last weekend they let the garbage dumpster overfill and garbage bags were falling out on the ground and they are still laying there. The good maitenance guy that quit never let that happened. i have pictures to proove it. Other than all this the apartment are nice inside and the largest you can get
