I have lived in Laurel Springs Apartment for almost two years; and although the apartment is nice and spacious, I've had a lot of problems with water soaked yard, and water backed up to as much as two inches to the entrance door of my apartment due to lack of gullies on the building. During the two summers that I've been here' the bathroom carpet near the master bedroom has been soaked with water due to some malfunction with with the air condition.
