The apartment will not get under 72 on a hot summer day and the second bedroom which i use for my office read at 79 degrees. The new manager sent a specialist from Bolton and the guy said there is no problem with the indoor unit. it works just fine.!!!!!!Bull-S. I suffered here when it was hot after my surgery and now The second room will be cold until the sun comes up. We are on the top unit.
I suppose that i will get my own a/c heating guy, But it dont matter because we will be buyiong a house next summer.God Willing!!!!!
other than all i wrote, these are the largest apartments you can find, and they are kept well. You just need to like to be hot in the summer and cold in the winter.

Actually 72 isn't a bad idea to save electricity. The 79 is on the high side.
