I have been living at Lenoxplace for over a year now and it has gotten better since I moved in.

There has been a big turnaround in mgmt, the people in the office are much friendler and maintenance seems to be on time with getting repairs done.

No complaints there.

I am concerned about the gates always messing up and the supervision of children in the gym.

Hopefully this summer the pool will be open all the time instead of half the summer and the grounds need some work.

Overall I am happy living here, but I will not be renewing my lease.
