I have lived here since the summer. I have read some of the negative complaints, and I can honestly say that I have not experienced any of them.
First of all, I feel very safe and comfortable living here. However, I live in the front part of the complex (if that makes a difference). My neighbors are mostly either retired or single young professionals. It is extremely QUIET!
My apartment is huge!!! I have so much room. I love it!
I have not experienced any problems with the gate. At times, the gate has been broken (which is expected). I felt that it was fixed in a timely manner.
In my dealings, the office staff has been exceptional. Maintenance has always responded in a timely manner.
I would definitely recommend LennoxPlace. I have lived in various complexes, and this is truly one of the best.
