I've lived at Lenoxplace for over a year and I would definitely NOT recommend it to anyone. The apartments are OK I suppose but there a lot of issues that need to be addressed. The "gated" community is a joke b/c the gates hardly ever work, there is no fence so people can easily just walk around the gates (as is the case with the homeless folks who wander around here throughout the day and night) and the management is not at all helpful (not to mention that they're new people every month). I have had nothing but problems with trying to get anything accomplished with the management. Over the summer my building was having a problem with cottonmouth snakes in our parking lot and breezeways and the management would not even listen to me, one girl even laughed at me when I told her about the snake that was found trying to get into a dryer vent on the second floor! The apparent answer for every complaint seems to be "we can't do anything about it because...." and there is absolutely no care given to the safety of the residents. Stay as far away as you can!!!
