Lenoxplace will try to sue you for money that you dont even owe them. I was taken to court by lennoxplace 6 months after I had moved away. What a shocker! As it turns out I didnt owe them the money they said I did. I had to appear several times in court to clear my name and clear my credit file that they were attacking. The staff is very unorganized and not very helpful. The initial day of my move in, my rent increased by $45.00. I couldn't just turn around and leave since I had a moving company sitting there with all my belonings in a truck. I personally would not recommend Lenoxplace Apartments to anyone that I considered a friend.
