Alright, I haven't lived in Lenoxplace, but I *AM* looking around for a new place to move into in the next couple of months and this is one of the places I went to.

While I was at Lenoxplace it didn't seem too much different from other apartment complexes. People were out and about but there was not any obscene noise polluting the area, it was actually very quiet. The apartments were very nice and spacious, and the facilities on site were nice as well.

What I *WILL* say is that even though they seem like a worthy option, I would not tell anyone to move hear unless they have $100 bills dripping out of their *sses. Lenoxplace's acceptance policies and related fees are ridiculous and bordering on crooked.

$300 per pet PLUS a medical history from the doctor'' It's not an ungodly thing to ask for, when you have to think of the safety of the other tenants, but its just that much extra trouble to get the report from your vet on top of all the other countless things you have to provide to them.

Atleast a year at your current job, and if not you have to get your employer to write Lenoxplace a letter saying that you will be employed''

And your credit. Oh god your credit. If it's not good you have to pay a month's rent EXTRA deposit (on top of everything else) AND have a co-signer. Now I have been in many apartments, and in every other case your co-signer IS your security deposit if you don't have credit or rental history, NOT BOTH. It seems like a scam to me.

So in summary, not to make this any longer, maybe when I become a millionaire I'll consider living at Lenoxplace, but for that kind of money I can just get a freakin mortgage, right'''
