That is the best word to describe the staff at Lenoxplace apartments. Yes, the apartments are fairly new, and they are average. But charging $25 extra for every added amenity is rediculous. My roomate and I had to pay an additional $25 a month for living on the first floor.

Our biggest problem was the fact that they could not care less about the safety and well being of their residents. My roomate and I were without HEAT the entire winter and every time we called the office, wrote letter after letter for maintenance they gave us a different excuse from a different person every time. When our problem was finally resolved spring was starting and we were left with HUGE power bills from having to use emergency heat and from it running constantly all winter to keep the apartment above 65 degrees. Our experience has been a nightmare and the madness should be stopped. We should have taken legal action against Lenoxplace Apartments long ago. Also I have friends there that haven't had a properly working freezer since they moved in..that's right, Lenexplace has given them the runaround the same way they did us for the year (2003-2004) that we resided there. If you are looking for a stress free place to live where you know the $$ that you are paying every month is at least somewhat going to be used on the maintenance and upkeep of your apartment and community steer cleer of Lenoxplace Apartments. They are the biggest scam artists out there.
