Terrible management

I agree with some of the comments already left. I can't speak of any illegal practices by the owner, but I do know that the management is very inefficient and changes hands about every 3-6 months. The swimming pool was closed for a period this summer because it hadn't been cleaned properly. The air conditioning has not been working in the exercise room for most of the summer. Another person commented that it was intentionally turned off, but I don't know if this is fact. I was told that it is broken. However, it doesn't take an entire summer to get an air conditioning system fixed.
I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I am looking forward to moving in the near future.
