I would like to say that I have lived at Lenoxplace for a few months now and haven't had a problem.
Usually, the people who have the problem are the ones that cause a problem.
For instance, pay your rent & you won't get evicted or sued.
In reference to the gate, if people would leave it alone & quit breaking it, then it will continue to work.
It takes time & patience to fix it, after it is broken.
As far as the office staff, I think it is pretty evident that they are trying to do what they can to make Lenoxplace a better place to live.
Maybe the people taking all this time to complain b/c they have been evicted or sued b/c they can't pay their rent on time, should spend this extra time & get another job and pay their rent.
Maybe then the problem will resolve itself.
Also, if you have a problem with noise, call security.

For those of you who don't pay attention, the channel is 11.

I feel you. I've stayed here for a while and I like the office staff. I haven't had any problems. Like the person stated, pay your rent and mind your business. I wonder if the people who complain all the time pay late or have noise complaints against them or better yet EVICTED. I plan on renewing my lease. And FYI, you knew you could walk around the gate before you decided to rent here, right? You did see that before you signed a lease. If not, you need to complain to your doctor not the rental ofice.

Worst place I ever lived. The owner (John Politus) and staff added to unpleasantness.
By the way, I always paid my rent before due.
