I moved to Lenoxplace Apts in 2004 and have been extremely unsatisfied. First of all, when I moved in, the apartment was not ready or anything. I had to wait days for the apartment to be ready. You can tell the community manager/director has no professional training. The owners must have been really desperate to hire this manager. He doesn't handle anything properly, in and out of the office overnight (no telling what is really going on) and on weekends, you'll see him walking around the apartment community loud & drunk. In my opinion, this is not the type of person you want running a property or in control of your place to live. Also, I have talked to many people who used to live here and never get their deposits back. If you pay a deposit, Lenoxplace will find a reason to keep your deposit. I paid a deposit when I move in and just waiting to see what happens with that when I move out. Please do your research before signing a lease at Lenoxplace. You will learn that it is not in your best interest to do so. For the victims that already live at Lenoxplace, we are just patiently waiting for our lease to be up.
Again, do your research and decide for yourself. You'll see that this is not the right place to be. GOOD LUCK...
