I did have second toughts about Lenoxplace b/c of the deposit return situations and how former tenants stated it takes them a very long time to get back their deposits. I've been here since March and I love it. It's nice and quiet. I don't have any complaints. I pay my rent on time and the ladies in the office are really nice and friendly.

I guess you don't know a convicted rapist is living and working on staff there. Don't believe me? Punch in your address in the NC Sex Offender Registry and see for yourself. I can't wait to get out of that slum!

Someone from the office HAD to write this message! The office staff (especially the manager, Chloe), is far from friendly and the complex as a whole is definitely not a safe place to live. PARENTS..... DO NOT LET YOUR FEMALE COLLEGE STUDENT MOVE HERE!!!!

Why is it when someone writes something nice it must have been written by the Manager or someone who works there? I have lived here myself for over a year and I have not had any problems with anyone at Lenoxplace. But of course I pay on time, don't expect the moon and i am a good neighbor. I don't throw loud parties, get drunk and cause problems, don't fight with my husband or any of the other things that would cause the manager to have to "deal" wih me. Enough already.

Me too!! It's very obvious when Chloe starts pecking away at a review or response. Chloe: you're running a !@#$-hole and you know it. There's a special place for people with such pathetic moral and ethical value systems.
