PEOPLE.....Can't you seen how wordy every "positive" review has been and how specific they are.
It is the management that is writing the positive reviws.
HELLO! We have never been late on our rent, we have had issues on how long it takes to get something repaired once a workorder has been placed.
Have you noticed how long vehicles (without tags), or with flat tires and busted windshields or the icecream truck that hasn't been moved in at least a year.
The lease states that such vehicles WILL BE TOWED! This has not been a proven fact because they do not advertise as being a "Section 8" complex (meaning rent is based on your income), but have you ever wondered how some of the people that live here can actually afford it' Ding, ding, ding!!!!! The Manager is probably the only one that has lived here for 3 years.
Most tenants don't renew!! Check with the MANAGER and see the statistics of renewed lease contracts.
The pool was closed the majority of the summer, the security gates stays broken and is open all day/night.
Need I go on'

First of all I don't believe anyone is as assine as to believe only negative things about anywhere anyone lives. Secondly, you say the manager has probably lived here for 3 years...hello...if you remember the manager came sometime around the end of August of 06. And since the new manager arrived there has been a lot of improvements. The pool was not closed the majority of the summer...yes there were a couple of times I went to the pool and it was closed. Guess what I did? I ACTUALLY WENT TO THE OFFICE to find out why and when it would be re-opened. KNOW WHAT? Some responsible imbecile let their child take a crap in the pool. I was told the health code states they must do certain things before they could reopen the pool. KNOW WHAT ELSE I DID? I checked with the health dept and they verified the information I was given was in fact correct. They cannot just "clean" the pool and reopen..they had to follow procedures the health department demands. The entry gate is also not always broken. You idiots that write this garbage should be ashamed of yourselves. Why not tell the truth? No Lenoxplace is not perfect...but have you ever lived anywhere that was? I haven't and neither any of you or I will. Perfection does not exist. As far as how many people renew...I don't know..but I do know I see a lot of my neighbors that have been here as long as I have so there must be some people renewing. If you don't like it here then leave and let the rest of live in peace.

How about the exercise room and sports court that haven't had air conditioning in over a year? The temperature inside was over 90 degrees in the sweltering 100 degree weather of this past summer. All the management says is, "We have placed a work order." A work order that takes over a year to complete is unacceptable.
And, yes, the comments about the abandoned cars is correct. Some of them have been left with flat tires and w/o tags for months.

I have been scanning the responses about Lennoxplace b/c I get updates on different ratings via email since I once lived here. Keyword: "once lived here." This is from a former tenant....do not move here. Every negative response is not from a disgruntled tenant that was done wrong and now they are plotting their revenge. Everything said is true. I lived here not long after they first opened and let me tell you this: the gates NEVER worked, the pool was sometimes open, sometimes closed, and maintenance was worthless. I feel bad for the ones who are still there but hopefully you are looking for a new place to live. I wish you guys all the best and hopefully the owner and mgmt will get what is coming to them.

I too am a tenant but I would like for all of us that have been done worngly and want justice to get together as a joint effort to get the opportunity to stop Lenoxplace! I am so tired of the security deposit drama, the lawsuits, the rude Manager, and the unsafe feeling of a convicted sex offender as the maintainence worker, etc.!!!
