This place is pathetic! The girls in the leasing office are nice excluding the bigot property manager! She likes to talk down to people whenever she gets the chance.
She thinks that most minorities are ignorant and have no education! I know she told me, this is not an assumption! She is probably surprised I can spell that word.
I told know why anyone would want to move here as soon as she opens her mouth.
Her bark is louder than her bite.
She is the ignorant one.
You'll know her when you see her, she's the one that seems like her education stopped at oh lets say 6th grade! She will blow off all of your complaints, and even get in you face about them! She is very unprofessional! Matter of fact the whole management company is! If you google the property you will see that they are selling! That is probably the most educated move they have ever made.
Hopefully she will be the first to get booted out when that happens! Let's hope for everyone's sake! Don't move here, no don't even take a tour here! The corporate office number is 919-841-4500 you can go on the BBB to get it or google it because I got tired of them saying that they couldn't give it out!

I totally agree with everything that was said. I have been living in these apartments for about a year now and I am moving in February, thank God!! Nothing ever works but they are always slapping those colorful letters on your door if you are a couple of days late with the rent.

I too am a tenant but I would like for all of us that have been done worngly and want justice to get together as a joint effort to get the opportunity to stop Lenoxplace! I am so tired of the security deposit drama, the lawsuits, the rude Manager, and the unsafe feeling of a convicted sex offender as the maintainence worker, etc.!!! I haven't laughed so hard in a lomg time. The author of this piece is complaining about the manager's ignorance. I guess that's like the pot calling the kettle black. In your own words, ...and even get in you face about them! and I told know why anyone... Maybe you should proof read your document before posting it if you know what that means.
