THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE. ALL THE PEOPLE WHO SAY IT IS NICE PROBABLY WORK THERE. FIRST OFF WHEN I MOVED IN MY CARPETS HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED ( IT WAS JULY 07...VERY HOT). IT TOOK THEM ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO CLEAN IT. AFTER A FEW MONTHS MY FIANCEE CAME HOME TO A NOTE ATTACHED TO THE DOOR STATING WE HAD AN UNAUTHORIZED PET AND THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US FOR IT. MY FIANCEE WENT TO THE OFFICE AND ONE OF THE WOMEN IN THE OFFICE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO OUR APARTMENT TO GET THE MONEY ORDER WE LEFT BECAUSE WE WERENT ABLE TO DROP IT OFF UNTIL AFTER THE OFFICE CLOSED AND IT WAS THE 5TH DAY ( WE GAVE HER PERMISSION TO DO SO). SHE THEN STATED A BIG DOG STARTING SCRATCHING AT THE DOOR AND WHEN SHE OPENED IT SHE SAID THE DOG JUMPED AT THE DOOR AND FRIGHTENED HER. THE ANIMAL THAT SHE WAS REFERRING TO WAS A STUFFED ROTTY WITH A LOP-SIDED HEAD HE WON FOR ME AT THE FAIR. THE SCRATCHING SHE WAS REFERRING TO WAS THE MY FIANCEE'S NECKLACES HANGING ON THE KNOB. I HAVE NEVER KNOWN A TIME IN HISTORY WHEN A STUFFED DOG HAS COME ALIVE. SO THANKFULLY IT IS TIME TO MOVE OUT. WE TOLD THEM WE WERE LEAVING 2 MONTHS AND THEN 1 MONTH BEFORE THE LEASE WAS UP. THE OFFICE STAFF STATED WE DIDNT NEED TO DO ANYTHING BUT JUST LET THEM KNOW. WELL I CAME DOWN WITH PNEMONIA AND WAS UNABLE TO HELP MY FIANCEE MOVE. HE WENTS 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE LEASE WAS UP TO SEE IF WE COULD GO MONTH TO MONTH. THEY STATED WE COULDNT SINCE THEY HAD ALREADY LEASED OUT OUR APARTMENT. HE THEN ASKED THEM ABOUT STAYING A FEW DAYS AFTER JUST TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CLEARED AND CLEANED. SHE GAVE HIM A LETTER STATING THE PRICES FOR STAYING A FEW DAYS AFTER YOUR LEASE WAS UP. WE ENDED UP STAYING 3 DAYS OVER. WELL I MOVE TO A WONDERFUL NEW PLACE AND GET A LETTER FROM LENOXPLACE. I ASSUMED IT WAS THE BILL FOR THE 3 DAYS WE STAYED AFTER......OH NO IT WASNT. IT WAS A BILL FOR $2000!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY STATED WE DID NOT GIVE NOTICE SO THEY HAD TO FILE EVICTION PAPERS!!!!!! THEY WERE CHARGING ME FOR NOT HAVING THE APARMENT CLEANED, FOR STAYING LATE, AND OTHER VARIOUS CHARGES!!! ABOUT A WEEK LATER MY FIANCEE ANSWERS THE DOOR AND I WAS SERVED PAPERS!!!!! I NOW HAVE TO TAKE TIME OFF OF WORK AND GO TO COURT FOR THEIR SCREW-UPS AND MISMANAGEMENT!!! DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE!!!!!

Sounds like much of the problem could have been avoided by writng a lease termination and faxing it to the office. Although a great miscommunication occured about leaving,personal problems with management should not detour other decent prospective tenants. I do not work for them, I live there. My place was newly painted,new carpet and clean. I would recomment that when tenants move out during the night, they take their junked cars and unwanted furniture with them. I would also recommend that management do more property improvements (like water damaged siding on buildings) and pest control in EVERY unit. Perhaps if people paid on time and paid what they owed, more could be done???

I agree 100 per cent with the original review. In my opinion, the problem seems to be management and owner.
