I have lived here for a year and have had minor problems. Nothing to make me really upset, but I find out that they supposedly went up on my rent and never told me. When confronting them about it all they could say its what it is. You rent will never stay the same from year to year. I guess I was lucky because I was told it could go up as high as $100.00 mine was only $25.00. I really love living here but the rent increase has made me somewhat change my mind. I might stick around for the remainder of my lease but will be surely looking when it's to renew next year. I understand that rent goes up that's not what I'm mad at I'm mad that I didn't get a notice. I went in to sign the lease and ask the lady is everything still the same and she said yes so I continue signing but yes maybe it's my fault for not reading it closely. I just don't think it's worth having to pay $735.00 a month plus $25.00 pet fee every month for a total of $760.00.

Their money seems to be made by increasing rent and making it difficult to get out without paying a large sum of money.
