I have been living at Lenoxplace for 14 months now. It has been a very enjoyable place to live, nice neighbors, friendly staff, and a great location. When I first moved in parking was at a premium, now it is hard to find a parking place near the front door. Hmmm, maybe there are more people living here than before. I find it hard to believe that occupancy would go up if the residents are so badly treated. It just does not add up. Recent changes like the power washing of all the buildings shows me management cares about what our living accomodations look like. I notice maintenance on a regular basis picking up trash and debris. This would not be such a problem if we all took pride in where we live and not litter. There are plenty of waste receptors throughout the grounds. Throw your trash away people.

This has to be management. I've lived here 3 years and this is the 1st time the place has been cleaned since I moved in. Signs of improvement? What a joke. Chloe, you'll do anything to try to keep the approval rating of this dump above 20%.

Chloe, perhaps if you got off your fat ass and gave a rat's ass about the place then your approval rating wouldn't be so low. Sitting behind your computer all day entering false reviews is not an efficient use of your time. Lenoxplace is DISGUSTING!!!
