For a new apartment complex this one is very nice. There has been a lot of turnover in office mgmt. Several empty units, could be due to price. A little pricy for this area.

Parking is an issue. Several people like to double and triple park the vehicles. Coming home in the evenings past 7 or 8 pm usually means that you will have to walk from a parking space away from the building.

I signed a 13 month lease which is not due to expire yet. Not sure of what the increase in rent will be.

Pool did not open untill mid July due to problems passing the health inspection. I was not pleased by that, however once it did open was very nice.
