THE BEST PART OF MY STAY HERE WAS THE LAST DAY OF MY LEASE, MOVING OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DEAD MIDDLE OF SUMMER.
I HAVE ALWAYS PAYED MY RENT ON OR BEFORE IT WAS DUE AND DO NOT HAVE A CRIMINAL BACKROUND.
MANAGEMENT WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL (CHLOE).
I GOT INTO A ARGUMENT OVER THE LACK OF CONFIDENTIALITY PRACTICED BY HER OTHER EMPLOYEES.
ONE OF HER STAFF HAPPENED TO BE FRIENDS WITH MY NOW EX-HUSBAND, WHICH AT THE TIME I HAD AN ACTIVE RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST!!! THERE WAS A REASON FOR THE ORDER I DIDN'T WANT HIM TO KNOW WHERE I STAYED OR LIVED BECAUSE HE WAS A DANGR TO MYSELF AND MY CHILDREN, MIRACULOUSLY VERY DAY AFTER I TOLD THE OFFICE OF MY REQUESTS AND RESTRAINING ORDER WITH MY HUSBAND, I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM MY HUSBAND ASKING ME "WHY DID I GO TO THE OFFICE MAKING HIM SEEM LIKE THE BAD GUY" AND WAS ABLE TO TELL ME WORD FOR WORD WHAT I SAID AND MY D@*N ADDRESS??? HE COULD HAVE ONLY KNOWN THAT FROM YOURS TRULY LENOXPACE OFFICE PERSONNEL.
SO THEY PUT ME AND MY CHILDREN IN DANGER.
WHEN I APPROACHED CHLOE ABOUT THIS MATTER SHE SAID HER STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW THE LAW.
(I KNOW BETTER).
MY OTHER ISSUES WERE MY GHETTO NEIGHBORS HANGING OUT ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT ON THE STAIRS AND WALKWAYS, CURSING AND USING FOUL LANGUAGE, IN FRONT OF MY KIDS! VANDILISM TO VEHICLES IN THE PARKING AREAS (EGGS, FLAT TIRES), SEVERAL WITNESSED FIST FIGHTS ONE OF WHICH I RECORDED ON MY CAMERA PHONE FROM MY 3RD FLOOR APARTMENT.
WHEN MY LEASE WAS UP I ATTEMPTED TO GIVE MY NOTICE TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE WHICH WAS DENIED, I HAD TO WAIT EXACTLY 30 DAYS BEFORE THEY WOULD EXCEPT IT, I GUESS THAT WAS IN HOPES THAT I WOULD FORGET AND THEN HAVE TO BE OVER CHARGED WITH "BREAKING THE LEASE AGREEMENT".
I DO NOT, AND HAVE NOT AND WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS HELL HOLE.
TO TENANT STILL THERE MY ADVISE TO YOU IF YOU ARE ABLE TO ACTUALLY RECORD ON VIDEO THE CONDITION IN WHICH YOU LEAVE THE APARTMENT, WRITE DOWN ALL ENCOUNTERS DATE AND TIME WITH MANGEMENT, KEEP ALL RECEIPTS AND RECORDS OF ALL MONEY TRANSACTIONS SO YOU WILL NOT BE FURTHER RAPED OF ANY UNNECESSARY CHARGES, FEES, OR ALLIGATIONS.
I AM GLAD TO BE GONE BUT STILL TWO MONTHS AND COUNTING WAITING FOR MY SECURITY DEPOSIT IN THE AMOUNT OF $1200 WHICH I COULD REALLY USE, AND STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND! AWWWWWWFULLLL AND UNFORTUNATELY I CAN'T EVEN REVEAL MY IDENTITY BECAUSE I WILL PROBABLY NEVER RECEIVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT.
I LEFT MY APARTMENT IN BETTER CONDITION THAN WHEN I RENTED IT!!!!

Wow...sorry to hear that. If Lenoxplace breached confidentiality if you had an active 50B protective order, then you should have taken them to court. They put your life in danger.
