Peeping Tom spotted!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Watch out for the Peeping Tom! He walks slowly by your apartment, at dusk,looking in your windows. The staff was told and did little to nothing about this problem. The police know of a few other times this has happened, so please report if you see anything unusual. He is a resident!
