Peeping Tom's and Leasing agents never there

There have been several occations where Peeping Tom's have been reported including from myself. I've been here for 2.5 years and in the past 6 months the leasing office is never available. No one is ever in the office and it takes for ever for anyone to get back to you. They've had soooo many different managers and employees come through there that as a tenant you don't feel cared about because you can never get to know the leasing agents and they don't get a chance to know the tenants.
