The community is quite pleasant. The landscaping if pretty, I have even seen deer come out of the neighboring woods a few times. The maintenance staff is great. They respond right away and are friendly.

However, there are pests; especially if you live on the lower floors or in the valley. I talked to both the management and the exterminators about it. Apparently, they are "wood roaches." They come in through the cracks in the wall and die within three days.

However, three days can be quite a while to entertain a "visitor" as we call them. Luckily, most are slow and easily killed.
