I just moved here in June after graduating from NCSU. I was totally over the student housing thing and the party atmosphere. This is the quietest place I have ever lived..and I even live on the first floor. It's not like a retirement community or anything...definitely some young people live here too.

The staff is responsive too...I know the just got a new manager around the same time I moved in and she seems pretty cool.

I have a dog and I just love walking him around the community..it's very woodsy, and it seems like everybody that lives here is nice.
