I've lived at Lexington Farms for over 2 years, and I have to say the management is just awful. ------ -------, the head manager is rude and condecending, and the rest of the staff are simply incompetent. It's not worth it, believe me.

I'm in the office at least a few times a month to pick up packages or use their fax machine, and I have *never* encountered any rudeness. In fact, of all the apartment complexes I've lived in, I'm by far the happiest with the staff at Lexington Farms - there's not a lot of turnover, they always know just who I am and what apartment I'm in, and they're always friendly and helpful. I've lived here for a year, and have renewed my lease for another year.

I agree with you about the property manager you mentioned. I found her to be quite unpleasant, and she also cut some corners that were to the apartment complex's detriment (such as replacing the nice, clean Dumpsters that were in good shape with rusty, brown monstrosities that look like the got run over by a truck and that leak). However, she is gone, and the person who replaced her is just ***fantastic***.

I have been been at Lexington Farms for 3 years, have just resigned for another 2. The office staff and maintenance personnel have never been anything other than professional and prompt in dealing with any issue I have had, from needing a new air filter between normal changes to dealing with problems with neighbors. My rent never went up for two resigned leases. The grounds are maintained nicely, the pool, grilling area, clubhouse, and workout areas are all very nice. Being a single female, security has always been a priority. I have never been afraid for my safety, or for my things. It is a very quiet neighborhood and I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a one or two bedroom apartment though there isn't a playground for small children.
