Several residents have complained of mold and mildew inside of the apartments. In my apartment, the mold and mildew is terrible! The mold and mildew is in both the windows and doorways. This has been reported to management many times, and nothing has ever been done. Management blames the residents for this problem. I would recommend not to live here unless you really like living in mold and mildew.

Since this resident moved out, mold has not been an issue in the apartment. Several professionals were called out, even a mold specialist, and each time management was informed that the residents lifestyle was a major contributing factor to their problem. There was no air circulation in the home, they did not run the hvac during the day, blinds were always left closed, and their 50 gallon fish tank contributed to the high humidity levels in the home. The professionals provided them with advice to correct the situation which they chose to ignore.
