The apartments themselves are nice enough, and fairly priced for what is offered. The grounds are pretty well kept up. The gym is small, but is open 24 hrs. The construction seems to be lacking. Our apartment has mold growing around the window seals in every room. Even having a housekeeper come weekly is not eliminating it. We informed management, but they said they are aware that it is in a large majority of the units, and there is nothing they can do. Several people do not keep their dogs on the leash, but I understand that is hard to address. Management definately needs to work on being customer service oriented. I realize that they do not work for the residents, but they act like it is beneath them to assist a resident. Overall, if you are content with simply having a resonably priced apartment, and not focused on customer service this is a good place. I haven't moved because it's not worth the hassle of moving again until purchase a home.
