I've found the management overall unfriendly. Only one person seemed nice. The others (especially the manager) were lackluster. They use the policies/rules of the "tons" of paperwork they require you to sign to hide behind rather than seemingly working with people.

Grounds are less than ok - they let the grass die during the summer (Duh, we live on a golf course) - certainly not what I was expecting.

Maintenance is good - they completed "most" things on my list just shortly after I moved there.

Raleigh ordinaance doesn't allow bbq grills on the the balconies, so the complex provides gas grills at the clubhouse. Well, great...why don't they make sure the automatic lighter equipped on the grills isn't broken'

One of the main reasons I moved here was because they are dog friendly. However, I've found since moving here that they do not equip the dog waste stations with bags regularly...Then the manager sends out nasty notes that folks are not picking up after their pets... Come on folks lets use our heads here.

Overall, for the cost of the apartment, I've found the service inadequate.

As with all apartment communities, The Links does have its policies which are designed to protect the interests and rights of all our residents and not a select few. It is our practice to treat all of our residents fairly and equally without exception. To make exceptions for one that would not be made for another would be wrong. With regards to maintenance, please feel free to call our office and report any items that need attention. If you have other concerns, I welcome the opportunity to sit down and discuss them with you in person.
