I've lived at The Links for a year now and my lease is about to expire. I am moving away as fast as I can. Here are my complaints,

These units are as cheaply built as they come.
My walls are uneven.
If you don't dry your tub after EVERY use, you will get mold.
I can clearly hear my upstairs neighbors carrying on a conversation.
They are 2 adults with 2 or 3 kids, so needless to say, it sounds like they hold gymnastics classes up there all day, every day.
Pictures have almost rattled off my wall because of them/poor construction.
Some of my outlets don't work.

They do keep nice, neat appearance here, which is what may trick you into thinking it's worth the money. I recommend not moving in here.

As always, please call the office with your concerns. We welcome the opportunity to address resident issues but can only do so if we are made aware of them.

I disagree with the manager response. I have called and offered up my concerns on a couple of occasions, and have also asked questions, only to be responded to in a very condecending manner. Once again, as you have heard in previous postings, this is no way to do business, nor is it a way to retain or gain new residents. THINK before you speak sometimes, you will find that a little more tact can take you a long way.

I can't agree with these two residents. I've lived at the links for a little while now and I'm very content with my service. I don't have to worry about any of the about problems. I don't have to dry out my bath tub after every use and I DON'T get mold, I don't EVER here my upstairs neighbors talking nor walking, my pictures stay on my wall exactly where I put them without rattling or anything. I have yet to call in a maintanence request and I have three kids. So as you can see the service I've received while living at the Links has been great!!! I would recommend them to anyone searching for an apartment home.

I agree with the first two tenants, these apartments are cheap. I also get mold in anything that the water is left in (toilets, tubs, sinks, etc.) it is a constant chore to dry off every little think. I can hear my neighbors through the walls when they laugh, talk, open drawers, smoke, anything. The air conditioners don't run normal so you have to turn them down 10 degrees colder than what you actually want the room. The floors are peeling from the walls because the lanolium is so cheap. These are overall not apartments where you get what you pay for.
