Currently living there. Mixed feelings...
Management is really friendly and the place has everything to be expected for the area and the range. The only problem is a certain little clause in the rental contract which says that you'll have to pay them back the difference between the "official" rent on your appartment and the "discount" that you're actually paying. This means that if you have to sever the lease in 6 months, you'll owe Litchford a large chunk of change. So make sure this deal is worth your while, because to my knowledge comparable properties in the area don't have this "caveat"...
