I applied for an apartment and evidently there were some issues on my credit report that were not up to par. I submitted two rental letters of reference when I applied. I did get a phone call to say that I was rejected. I said what else can I provide to help me qualify. They said have your current apt. manager send some info. (I had already given them a letter). The manager did just that and called Litchford Park. I was told that the asset manager would review the application. No one reviewed it nor did I receive a response. Nor did I receive a rejection letter or my two hundred dollar deposit check.

After filling out their survey the manager called and said that the mail was returned.
Again they put forth no effort to get my mail to me. They could have easily called the apt. complex where I currently lived.

I am with the previous complaint. In my opinion it is all about making easy money.

The most consumer friendly procedure to help me qualify was to give a return call and do what you said you wer going to do. Give it to the asset manager to review.

In my opinion they did not want my business or perhaps your business. If you have blemishes on your credit report there are many other apartment communities that will not be so uppity. In my opinion the location and general appearance of the community does not rank it very high.
