I live in their one bedroom with a study which is the perfect size for me. The apartments aren't brand new like so many places around, but I sure don't want to pay those other places rent either!

Pros:
-Ample parking. There aren't assigned parking but I can always park in front of my apt.
-Pool. It's a great pool that is never crowded. Sometimes it's closed for repairs but I guess that could happen anywhere.
-Very friendly staff, they actually want to help. (Unlike experience I've had from other communities)
-Quiet! It's a calm place, I was told to drive around at night and during the day at the two places I was trying to choose before I moved, and found a BIG difference between the two. I found out what kind of people lived here and even talked to some people who already lived here.

Cons:
-I was going to use their laundry room at first, but it's horrible. They are in desperate need of new machines! Do not depend on that place, get your own!
-I have had a few more repair requests than I would normally have expected but they were handled promptly. They know they're an older property but maintain it well.

So I guess overall, I am very pleased with living here. I have had a couple of friends move here and they're very satisfied also.
