I was truly surprized to read the review dated 1/13/04. I was a 10 year resident at Litchford Park. The staff was great, and explained everything upfront. Any lease is a legal binding agreement. They handled any problems I reported promptly. I would recommend driving thru the property day or night,and you can see it is always maintained. In all my years of living there, I never had anything happen crime wise to myself or my car or apartment. Unfortunately nowdays it can happen anywhere. Obviously Anonymous had to break their lease, and was upset about the penalties which were explained to me up front as I said. So everyone, look for yourself, and you?ll see.
