I have lived at Litchford for a year and I am only leaving because I am relocating for work. The complex is very spacious with lots of trees and lawn which makes it look more like home. The office and maintenance staff are great. The complex is always quiet, and I should know, I am out all the time at all hours walking my dog. They even added a dog park this past winter which is great for pet owners that live there. The best part is the price....you get so much apartment and complex features for very little. I would recommend Litchford to anyone looking for an apartment in Raleigh.
