If you'd like to deal with water damage about every few months or so, then by all means, move to this complex. If it's not your own, you can be sure your surrounding neighbors will help since their damage usually ends up leaking through your walls. The office will also guarantee your carpet is moldy since they refuse to replace it...they seem to think a fan can undo any water damage. They'll also be sure the water heater and other appliances are the oldest and cheapest money can buy. The office manager in particular is rude and the staff is completely dense. Upon move in, you also have the opportunity to meet most of your shady, immigrant fellow residents and enjoy them sitting in the parking lot all day, staring at you as you walk down the sidewalk. Basically this place is run down and looks shabby and I fully plan on getting out of here ASAP. The office staff needs to spend less money planting new flowers every three months and a little more on building maintenance. It's about preventing problems, not playing fix-up when damage occurs.

I am an "immigrant neighbor" and detest your comment about immigrants.... I've seen more of your kind walking around doing nothing except stare into peoples' apartments (might that be you?) than I've seen immigrants sitting around. How perverted (I am not stereotyping here). My main concern is about the management. I have had major problems; loud noises from the heaters outside, major cracks on the walls (spiders walk in at leaisure). I doubt that management cares what the residents go through. I am leaving as soon as my lease is up. The windows and doors have wide gaps that let in all sorts of insects, not to mentioned cold/hot air. I complain to management every week, but they can't seem to fix the problems! My fridge is as old as Methuselah! On the outside, the apartments look wonderful, but you just move in and see what a nightmare they are.
