i've been a resident here since early 2001. overall opinion is that you get what you pay for. the rent here seems to be lower than surrounding communities, plus it is an older complex so you can expect some maintenance issues. sometimes maintenance issues are taken care of promptly while others take days to fix.
the office staff has seen quite a few faces over the past years; the only constant has been the manager. certain staff members are more courteous than others but if a complaint makes it to the manager then you can be assured it is corrected.
in any community you have to deal with loud music and "shady" characters - that's part of living in an apartment complex. not a bad place to live.
