You have to expect this when moving into an older apartment complex. I've found that with the incentives and deals they give you, you can overlook the age. Bottom line, you chose to live in an apartment. If you wanted things perfect, maybe you should have moved into a house of your own.

What are you talking about deals they give you? They raise my rent every year with no incentives, no credits? Plus how do you explain the unsavory people who live here? I can't afford to buy my own house if I could I sure would! They make it easy to move in but not to stay or move out!
