I liked living at Litchford Park. The fact that the apartment buildings only had eight units each helped cut down on the noise. I LOVED my sunporch and miss it a whole lot! The grounds were well maintained and the maintainence and office staff were friendly. The pool is great and I have used the picnic area. The only things I didn?t like was that it could take a while to get to the beltline depending on the time of day. Also, the gym wasn't that impressive and a lot of equipment seemed to be broken. However, the location is nice and quiet. If the Wake County area paid teachers a little bit more, I would probably still be there!
