I have lived at Litchford Park for three years now and love it. The rent is low considering everything you get in return. The amenites are wonderful! They have a 24 hour fitness center, sand volleyball, and tennis courts! They even have a 24 hour lap pool which is wonderful! The staff is friendly and easy to work and have never had maintenance issues. I do live alone and have never worried about my safety. The community is very well lit at night and they even have a courtesy officer that keeps an eye out for everyone. I highly recommend everyone to this community; they will take good care of you!
