this property is quickly become another mecican slum in Raleigh. All the people moving in are ---------. their children run around the property unsupervised and they gather in large groups at night and drink alcohol outside. they also run up and down the stairs all the time in GROUPS! uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

So, I must live in the quiet part of the neighborhood, because I don't suffer too many people running up and dowm my stairs. However, I think it is so refreshing to see the groups of kids out playing. I feel like I live in a nice, safe, family environment. Maybe I don't mind it because they don't run down my street, or up my stairs..but I love it!
