Initially I felt that these apartments were are great bargain. However, As my rent increased the standards continued to go down. It appears that the quantity of residents became more important than the quality of the residents. I reported several complaints about inconsiderate neighbors that were ignored. As a matter of fact, The final complaint I was advised by the office to go over and address the issues myself. We made every effort to keep the apartment in great shape over 2 years. However, The staff is taking a portion of our deposit stating that some drywall needs to be replaced.
