I moved into this complex in October 2008. And I got a great deal on an apartment. For the money it was the most space that I found nearby. I work close to Triangle Town Center and the apartments around here are really hit or miss. They are either out of my budget or run down. My apartment has new carpet which was nice. When I moved in, I did have a couple of significant problems. First, my bathroom sink would drip if I did not crank on the handle to shut it off. The sink was also a little rusty where over time the paint on it started to wear through. They replaced the whole thing when I called. Then, a few months later I started to notice that my freezer wasn't making ice and my ice cream was melting. They came out a few times to fix it but it never worked. They had to replace my entire fridge with a new one.

I have to say that I am happy here. Stuff breaks but the apartment isn't new but it isn't priced like a new apartment either. When I have called, things got fixed. The staff seems friendly too. Really, no complaints.
