Maintenance staff is very helpful and knowledgable when it comes to their job. I find that Gerald the maintenance assistant is a nice and respectful worker and the new maintenance supervisor is nice as well. If you have any problems or concerns with your unit you can count on them to get the job completed. As far as their office management I like the new girl Lindsey she is very friendly, but that office manager Susan she is as hateful and nasty as she wants to be. I have never had an office manager talk to me with such disrespect and believe me it is no need to call the office and get her she will hang up in your face and act like you are nobody. As far as living here I find that it's a okay place but could be better off if Susan were gone.
