The property managers are the worst. Everything seems to slip Susan's mind and Lyndsey never knows the answer to any question you ask her. When you have a request for maintenance, they just ignore you. I don't blame the maintenance guy, he's very nice and knowledgeable, but he can only fix what they tell him to. They don't want to fix anything, just do a quick patch job. Whatever it takes to shut you up. Somehow it just doesn't seem fair that we can't get maintenance requests filled to our satisfaction, especially when they collect our rent money each and every month. It is not the residents fault that they are over budget with maintenance or that they aren't at full capacity. If they would make much needed improvements around the complex and get some serious staff in the office, then maybe tenants like me wouldn't write nasty reviews.

THE MAINTENANCE SUPER IS JUST THAT, SUPER. HE IS RECENTLY NEW BUT OBVIUOSLY KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING, VERY COURTEOUS, AND VERY PROMPT. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO FIX MY PROBLEMS WHEN NEEDED. MY APT. FOR THE PRICE WHICH IS REALLY FAIR WAS BEAUTIFUL AND I COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE. AS FOR OFFICE STAFF THEY WERE NEVER RUDE TO ME AND HAVE BEEN HELPFUL EVERY TIME. YOU WALK INTO OFFICE AND THEY SMILE, OFFER DRINKS OR SNACKS ALL THE TIME. PROPERTY DOES HAVE AGE TO IT BUT THE STAFF AND MAINT. SEEM TO STRIVE TO DO BEST THEY CAN AND FROM WHAT I SEE THEY DO THAT.

Excuse me, I wasn't trying to put down the maintenance people. I said that the management suck. I have called umpteen times about the same problem --this is the response I get " I'm sorry. What were we talking about. I forgot" That's neither professional or helpful.

Mabey tehy aren't willing to send a tech to your apt. to fix a very minor repair. These people stay extreamly busy durring the and do the best they can. If it's a common sense fix, then fix it. You don't need a teach to flip a breaker or change a light bulb. Tech also aren't responsible from getting you cat out of a tree. A leaky fuacet is minor, a tripped breaker minor... When you A/C breaker they come running, if there is any other major problem they come runing. You need to understand that most complexes have 1 tech for every 110 units.
