I moved into Lynnwood in 2007, it was my very first apartment, I was very excited. Management was nice the apartment size was ok for what you paid for. I paid my rent on the 1st of each month so I never had a problem with the office ppl and they never had a problem with me. Half way through my lease term I guess new management took over the complex and SUSAN was the worst. She made my first apartment experience horrible. I wanted to end my lease agreement early due to personal reasons and she was very rude about everything. She never gave me a straight answer about any of the questions I had about ending my lease agreement. I finally found another apartment to move into but had to forfeit the space I reserved because SUSAN would never release my rental history information, she claimed she forgot to release my info all 4 times my info was requested. When it came to getting my security deposit back she mailed me a letter stating that my check was enclosed but there was NO CHECK. When I called her she claimed it slipped her mind and she forgot to put my check in with my letter, she is crooked. I would not recommend staying here if SUSAN is still the apartment manager, she has very poor business skills and does not know how to interact with people

I have found Susan to be very professional and courteous. She has always seemed to be on top of things every time I have had to deal with her and when I have been in the office while she is assisting other present, past and future tenants.
