I actually was really wary basedon the other comments I read...but have been pleasantly surprised. My fiance and I both needed temporary places to stay until we got married and have apartments on either side of this complex. Both locations are really great, with pleasant views. The people here are friendly, and in no way have I felt unsafe. Since the apartment is only 3 years old, it looks great. They spray for bugs about once every month to month and a half. It's really a nice thing. Plus, when there is a problem, the repairman (very nice) is always prompt about helping. The staff is very nice and makes and effort to know you. The only annoyances we really have had here have been the noisy kids running around...but actually they moved away a week ago, and the new neighbors have been wonderfully quiet.

I can't imagine finding a place this spacious and nice for the same amount anywhere in Raleigh. It is also a convenient location for the new shopping center up Glenwood, and is only a couple miles from the beltline and a large mall. Pretty nice. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
