Model looks great but BEWARE.

Not only are the apartments overrun with bugs but there is no professionalism to the staff.

Parking lot has broken down cars and don't know what the accomodations limits are but I know some units have more than one family staying in them.

Rather than planting grass when it gets worn down from all the kids walking on it, they just cover the areas with straw.
