I am a prospective tenant.

I looked at an actual apartment during my tour of the property.

Everything appeared to be fine.

I am a little hesitant about signing my lease after reading the posted reviews.

I'm sure they are not all accurate, but I find it hard to imagine everyone posting similar reviews about the same negativity if it wasn't an actual issue.

If anyone else has any comments please post...I'm set to sign my lease in 3 weeks.
