I have been here for almost 3 and a half years. The first couple of years were great! Nice neighbors, office staff, and Adam(maintenance man) responds well to any problems. BUT, the past few months have been horrible! The kids have taken over(I have a child so I'm not prejudice against them). They will stand in the parking lot and not even move when they see a car coming! They have torn up the computer lab and b'ball court numerous times.The new ladies in the office are unhelpful and rude. The new neighbors that I live below are so noisy and seem to be partying nonstop allday and night. We have started to get notices about shootings and armed robberies in the area. Thank God my lease is almost up because these apartments are going downhill fast.
