Madison Glen was nice for the first few years until Manager DIANE RICE came to run the place. After living at Madison Glen for 6 years, I was evicted for being 3 days late on my rent. She is rude and very non helpful. My children missed thier first day of Kindergarten and 1st grade and Jeffrey's Grove b/c she refused to give me a copy of my lease that the school requested, she says, "You should have kept your copy." I had to contact the corporate office to get a copy of my lease. She is a nasty and hateful woman. Since she came to the property it completely fell apart. She locks the laundry facility by 6pm (when she leaves for the day) which has left me with my clothes stuck in there overnight and nothing for me to wear in the morning! Drucker & Faulk... get rid of Diane Rice. I know you brought her in to improve the community but she has destroyed it.

I have just seen this review and I'm pretty sure I know who wrote it. The comments are false, no one is ever evicted for paying rent ONLY ONE TIME LATE no matter how many days late and certainly 3 days. She never came to the office to sign the lease, I could not give her a copy until she made the time to come and sign the lease. I do not lock the laundry room. The ammenties are on a card access system and the residents can use their cards 24/7. All anyone has to do is drive through the property to see that the property is not destroyed but is well maintained and so are the inside of the apartments. Dianne Rice Propery Manager

I have lived here for almost 8 years, in this culturally intergrated complex under three managers and two maintanance supervisors (the first one was lazy) our current man is terrific....Dianne Rice manages by the rules she is given and does make exceptions when warrented;service to tenants is really good...and don't you dare tell anybody I said this...LOL
